Delivery Methods, Costs and Transit Times
The products will be delivered using normal courier or post, from Istanbul, to the address that you specify when you are ordering.
The delivery costs will be calculated displayed based on the size and weight of your ordered products, and your address of delivery.
The transit time vary between 5-10 days for delivery addresses inside Turkey and 14-30 days for Europe. For North America and other regions, it may take a couple of weeks longer.
Returns and Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after receipt of the products by the BUYER. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.
